Congress leader Vinesh Phogat calls for nationwide support at farmer protest

Congress leader Vinesh Phogat joined the farmers’ protest at Punjab-Haryana’s Khanauri border.

Speaking at the Khanauri border, Phogat urged people across Punjab, Haryana, and the nation to support farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is risking his life for others.

Phogat criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying, “PM Modi gives big speeches, but action is needed beyond words.”

She described the current situation as “emergency-like” and called for unity to pressure the government to find solutions for farmers.

“This is a moment for all of us to come together and show our strength as a united people,” Phogat said.
